From November 24th to 25th, 2025, the Lanre Briggs Foundation (LBF) conducted impactful outreach programs across selected public primary schools in Owo, Ondo State. This initiative aimed to motivate young learners, reduce the financial burden on parents, and foster a more conducive learning environment.
The LBF team visited Adeolu Primary School and Government Primary School 1, reaching a total of 310 pupils. Every child from Primary One through Primary Six received a durable, high-quality school bag, available in a variety of colors and filled with essential learning materials to support their classroom activities.
In recognition of the dedication and hard work of teachers, the Foundation also presented them with branded calendars, journals, and umbrellas as tokens of appreciation for their invaluable role in shaping the next generation.
The team received a warm welcome from head teachers, staff, and members of the local community, all of whom collaborated seamlessly to ensure smooth distributions. During the outreach, the Foundation engaged directly with the pupils, listening to their aspirations, encouraging them to remain focused on their education, and reaffirming their potential for greatness.
School administrators expressed gratitude, noting the initiative’s positive impact on students’ motivation. The outreach brought joy and renewed hope to Owo’s school communities, as the Lanre Briggs Foundation remains committed to expanding educational opportunities for young learners across Nigeria.
